Quantum Enlightenment Intensive

The Quantum Enlightenment Intensive is a three-day workshop where we practice the technique in pairs for 18 hours a day. The goal is to directly experience yourself through the question "Who am I?" It is an extremely powerful process of self-discovery that transcends theory and leads to personal transformation.

"The true essence is very subtle, it is always within us; the mind is filled with gross thoughts and feelings. Be still and purify your mind, and you will know yourself as you are.

You reside above the mind; you know yourself through the mind. The scope, depth, and character of knowledge depend on the instrument used. Improve your instrument, and you will complete your knowledge."

— Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Quantum Enlightenment Intensive (QEI) is based on Charles Berner's Intensive Enlightenment from 1968, which Bodin expanded on with his many years of experience from the teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj and Stephen Wolinsky's quantum psychology. Bodin has a degree in leading enlightenment intensives and has been leading workshops for 30 years. He has achieved remarkable results in his work.

How the workshop is conducted?

Participants of the three-day workshop devote themselves entirely to finding the answer to the question "Who am I?" through intensive work 18 hours a day. This timeframe gives participants the opportunity to experience the truth about themselves, life, and others, thus reaching their own experience of enlightenment or self-realization.

How does QEI take place?

QEI takes place in a group and lasts 3 days. Participants also sleep at the workshop location. QEI is not a relaxing technique. It is a workshop with specific rules that help participants focus all their energy and intention on their affinity for the experience. We experience the experience when our thoughts stop and our ego surrenders. We accelerate the process by eliminating external factors and habits, thereby turning even more inward. Participants observe the following rules during QEI:

• Everything takes place in silence, except during the program or if the leader decides otherwise.

• We arrive on time for the program.

• We do not drink coffee, stimulants, or alcohol, and we do not smoke.

• We do not use cosmetics or deodorants, we do not shower, brush our teeth, or shave.

• We do not read or write.

• We do not listen to music or watch TV.

• We take off our watches and jewelry.

• It is desirable that mobile phones are turned off. You can give your loved ones the organizer's number in case of emergency.

• No touching, sexual relations, or kissing.

• The food is vegetarian.

How exactly does the workshop look like?

The QEI technique is based on three effective factors: contact, contemplation, and communication. The technique is performed in pairs. The partners sit opposite each other at a comfortable distance. Partner A asks partner B a question, e.g. Tell me who you are. Partner B closes their eyes and, through contemplation (deepening into themselves), finds the answer and shares it with their partner. Then the partners switch roles. After a certain amount of time, the dyads also switch, so that all participants work with everyone several times.

This way of working gradually stops thought mechanisms, clears blockages, and increasingly directs us toward contact with our inner selves. After experiencing a state of enlightenment or self-awareness, we stop living from our perceptions of ourselves, others, and the world, and doubts and questions disappear. Now we know. There is a big difference between thinking, reasoning, assuming, and understanding, which take place in the mind, and direct experience, which transcends the mind. Let's say you've never kissed anyone before. People can describe kissing to you in great detail, but you only know what it really is when you experience it. In addition, intellectual knowledge needs to be renewed, but experiential knowledge does not. Once we experience something deeply, we know it forever.

In addition to working in pairs, the QEI workshop also includes meditation techniques that help develop and deepen presence and focus.

More About the QEI Workshop

The purpose of the workshop is to know yourself, for the QEI experience is the only true experience of truth. This experience has been the goal of many spiritual systems of both the East (Buddhists, Zen Buddhists...) and Ancient Greece. Numerous systems, techniques, and schools were formed in an effort to enable this experience. Self-realization is of key importance for your daily functioning and is the foundation for progress on your spiritual path.

Anomalus Bodin's QEI technique is a technique of the system of surrender, not struggle (fight). It draws knowledge from quantum psychology, which Anomalus has adapted so that participants have the opportunity to experience it more quickly.

Enlightenment, or Samadhi in the ancient Indian language Sanskrit, means "one (sam-) with the absolute truth (-adhi)". Samadhi is a state of consciousness in which the individual is aware of the fundamental truth of their true identity—oneness with the Absolute.

After the experience of self-realization, the perception of the world we live in changes completely. We have transcended what we previously believed and began living what we know we are. We stop living from a projection of ourselves, others, and the world; doubts and questions vanish.

Whether we experience this depends on us, our courage, and our openness.

Read about the experience of a participant who experienced this state:

“The quantum enlightenment intensive gives you the opportunity to discover who you are and why you are. The workshop was exhausting, but the events that followed made all the effort worthwhile a million times over. On the path to discovering "Who am I", I felt like I was peeling an onion with no end. Then it happened. It came with such immense force that I couldn't resist it with anything. Symbolically, I could say that at that moment I was ready to die. The ecstasy that followed was the most sincere emotion I have ever experienced. I cried and was happy at the same time. I felt as if I had been carrying a load weighing several tons with me all these years, and now it had fallen away. It was a state when you know everything. At that moment, I got the answers to my questions, and I felt capable of anything. I understood Christ and Buddha and all those who had been living this state. I had already read that the state of knowing who you are cannot be described, but that you can recognize it in someone who has it permanently or has at least experienced it. That is why you need a leader who knows and who has not only gained knowledge from books. For it is unimaginable to me that Bodin would not have been there at that moment and that I would not have been able to share what I had experienced with anyone. I just used the past tense. I do not consider myself an enlightened person because I do not live this permanently. The experience of insight into the most sincere experience on this planet lasted for a longer period on the first day and for a few minutes on the next two days. However, I would give everything I have for it if someone promised me that I would definitely experience it. Some may think that I am writing too vaguely, but I cannot do it any other way. Anyone who has experienced or is experiencing these states will agree with me. After about two months, I realized that my life was different, that everything I did was better than before; that I was no longer rushing anywhere, but "miraculously" doing everything in peace; that the people I work with trust me; that the corners of my mouth turned upward; and that if I try hard enough, I can recall the most beautiful moment in life, the feeling that accompanies the knowledge of who I am.”

“P.S.: If you decide to attend the QEI workshop, give it your all. When you can't do it anymore, that's when it happens. Listen carefully to the leader's instructions and do exactly as he says. He knows why.”

QEI Frequently Asked Questions

  • Quantum Enlightenment Intensive (QEI) is based on Charles Berner's Intensive Enlightenment from 1968, which Anomalus Bodin expanded on with his many years of experience from the teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj and Stephen Wolinsky's quantum psychology. Bodin, 68, has been leading QEI for 35 years and has achieved remarkable results in his work. The percentage of participants who have experienced the answer to the question "Who am I?" exceeds the usual average of 20-35%. At several workshops, a 100% success rate has been achieved.

  • The goal of QEI is a direct experience of the realization of “Who am I?”, “Who is the other human being?”, and “What is life?”.

  • No.

  • Attending QEI has many positive effects. Some practical reasons for attending are:

    • to listen to others without prejudice and truly understanding them

    • to be capable to express myself so that others understand me

    • to let go of assumptions about myself

    • to experience calmness of mind

    • to experience who you are

    • to live the truth of who and what you are more consciously

    • to gain a clear insight into the dynamics of your own life and relationships

  • QEI is not a type of therapy or analysis. The purpose of the intensive is not to deal with life problems. However, we do support participants with all our strength and abilities in overcoming their obstacles.

  • No one can guarantee that. The program is designed so that if instructions are consistently followed, you are given every opportunity for the experience. The leader, Anomalus Bodin, knows at every moment where each participant is on this path and does everything necessary to support them. He says: "I can help you to the door; you must step through it yourself. It is a mutual effort. I do half, you do half. There is no other way."

  • Enlightenment, or samadhi in the ancient Indian language Sanskrit, means "one (sam-) with the absolute truth (-adhi)". Samadhi is a state of consciousness in which an individual is aware of the fundamental truth of their true identity – oneness with the Absolute.

  • We are talking about two things—there is always the possibility of becoming permanently enlightened. In most cases, however, participants experience a brief state of enlightenment, as experienced by Buddha, Jesus, Maharshi, etc. This has a lasting effect on the individual and changes them in that their life is enriched with awareness, authenticity, clarity, stability, understanding, and a great capacity to love.

  • The experience of enlightenment is difficult to describe in words because words are limited. The experience of contact with Truth, the Absolute, Oneness is beyond time and space. When it happens, we simply know it. In addition, we have a guide who knows this state and recognizes it in others at the moment of experience.

  • All of them, even those who did not experience enlightenment, do not regret participating in the workshop. They are grateful for getting to know themselves and gaining insight into their ways of functioning, which then helps them change many things in their everyday lives. All testimonials can be summed up in the words that they then live easier, happier, and more satisfied with themselves.
